New figures show 384 people are waiting on hospital trolleys around the country today.
The latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) show Cork University Hospital is the most under pressure - with 37 people are recorded as being in need of a bed there.
Dublin's Beaumont Hospital has 31 patients waiting for admission to a bed, while Tallaght Hospital in the capital has 30 people waiting.

University Hospital Galway has 26, while University Hospital Limerick stands at 14.
Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda has a waiting list of 18.
And Letterkenny General Hospital and Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar both have a waiting list of 17 people.
