House prices in Dublin continue to rise.
New data from the Central Statistics Office shows property prices in the capital grew by 4% in September and are now 12% higher than a year ago.
However the price of houses outside the capital fell by 0.1% in September.
Overall property prices rose across the country by 3.6% in the year to September.

Dublin house prices increased by 4.2% in September and have jumped 12.2% in a year; apartment prices were 11% higher, CSO says.

That's the biggest annual change in Dublin house prices since 2006 based on those CSO residential property prices.
