  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • Half a banana
  • Quarter cup of pineapple
  • Two spoons of chia seeds
  • Half cup of pomegranate juice.

Takeaway tip: Blueberries contain Vitamin C, potassium and powerful ant-oxidants, while being low in calories.
