The head of the HSE says 13 staff at Áras Attracta have now been suspended while an internal review is underway.

Tony O'Brien's apologised to the residents of Bungalow 3, where abusive conditions were exposed by a TV documentary last week.

Two of the 13 staff are managers at the complex.
