The arm was discovered at around midday in Shankill.

Efforts are now being made to identify it.

Leg found last Friday

Last week a human leg washed up on the beach at Dollymount Strand in Dublin.

Last Friday the alarm was raised by a person out walking in the morning time.

The scene was sealed off and the Office of the State Pathologist was notified.
