Psychologist, motivational speaker and All-Ireland medal winner Enda McNulty is the latest in a long list of fascinating interviewees to be featured on comedian Jarlath Regan’s An Irishman Abroad podcast.
As a domestic and international leader in the world of performance coaching with his team in Motiv8, McNulty speaks candidly about his career – including his 2002 All-Ireland win with Armagh. McNulty has worked with the IRFU, including as a backroom staff member for the two Six Nations titles won by Ireland in the last two years, as well as with Digicel, Microsoft, Lidl, and Facebook.
In the podcast, which you can hear below, McNulty expands on what it’s like to live with the repercussions of having an attitude that refuses to give up while also dealing with the nerves of playing inter-county football at the highest level. He also talks about how he got former Irish rugby player Brian O’Driscoll to open up to him, the doubts he imagines plague Conor McGregor, and what it takes to take responsibility for your own potential.
His next challenge will be tackling more than 2000 Transition Year students and many more at the Leaders on our Level event in Dublin’s Convention Centre on March 11th.
