The Irish Federation of University Teachers in Ireland is warning the government that they will not engage in further talks in relation to proposed cuts under Croke Park 2.
The group is holding their annual conference in Dublin this afternoon and have called on the government to scrap the extension to the existing agreement.
The IFUT President, Dr Maria Clark, told the gathering, which was also attended by the Communications Minister Pat Rabbitte, that the third level education sector simply cannot take anymore cuts.
