Staff are expected to return to work at Indeed’s Dublin office tomorrow after the company issued a coronavirus warning yesterday.
The recruiting firm asked staff in its Singapore, Dublin and Sydney offices to work from home yesterday after one of its workers was potentially exposed to the virus.
The worker, based in Singapore, had informed the company that some of their family members had visited a facility caring for a coronavirus patient.
In a statement this afternoon, the company said the family members have now been given the all-clear.
“The welfare of our employee and their family has been our highest priority during this period,” it said.
“With today’s news, we anticipate all employees who have been working from home will return to their offices early next week.
“We would like to thank them for their cooperation, patience and understanding as this situation evolved.”
The company said it asked workers at all three locations to work from home “out of an abundance of caution” as some staff members in Dublin and Sydney had recently visited the Singapore office.
It said it has now undertaken deep cleaning at all three locations.
