The 31-year-old died of blood poisoning at University Hospital Galway a week after miscarrying 17 weeks into her pregnancy.
Her family says she had asked a number of times for her pregnancy to be terminated after being told she was going to miscarry.

Thousands took to the streets in Dublin, Galway and London last night to prtest the events surrounding her death.
