Gardaí are investigating a suspicious fire at a school in Dublin yesterday.
Heat damage was caused to the front of St. Laurence O’Toole National School at Seville Place.
There was also extensive smoke damage to the entire building.
The Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene which was preserved for a technical examination.
Gardaí say no-one was injured in the fire.
They are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
Gardaí are asking anyone who may have seen any suspicious or unusual activity around the school or on neighbouring streets between 4am and 6am on September 16th to contact Store Street garda station on 01-6668000.
