An investigation is underway after a gun was fired from one car at another in County Limerick last night.
It happened at around 7.20pm on the N20 between Charleville and O'Rourke's Cross.
Gardaí said the two vehicles were travelling in the direction of O'Rourke's Cross when a gun was fired from one in the direction of the other.
There are no reports of any injuries; however, an investigation is now underway at Bruff Garda Station.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward and are particularly interested in talking to anyone who was travelling the road between 7pm and 8pm and may have camera footage.
