Scottish air accident investigators say a police helicopter which crashed into Glasgow pub suffered double engine failure.
10 people died and more than thirty were injured when the craft crashed into the Clutha Vaults bar last November.
An interim report out today also reveals there were over 70 kilos of fuel left in the tank and the pilot did not radio an emergency message.
32 people were were injured when the Eurocopter crashed. More than 100 people were in the pub listening to a ska band when the helicopter hit.
Back in December, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service assistant chief officer David Goodhew said the rescue operation was "one of the most difficult operations, I think, of this type in the country. The helicopter has landed in a building that's fully packed".
