You may notice a sharp decline in dodgy 'staches on your Monday morning commute. But why?

Because this weekend will bring an end not just to the month of November, but to the Movember charity campaign, which aims to raise funds and awareness for men's health.

Men are encouraged to raise sponsorship by sparing the razor and letting their lip hairs grow long for a whole month.

Ireland has put in a strong performance so far, donating a collective 676,000 towards testicular cancer, prostate cancer and mental health issues. In the global leaderboard, we stand in sixth place, just behind Norway and the UK.

Of course it's not too late to make a donation, which can be done here. There's also a number of events running over the weekend to attend.
