Next week's Ireland v Italy rugby match has been called off over coronavirus fears, the IRFU has confirmed.
They're now hoping to reschedule the game.
It follows a meeting between the organisation and the Health Minister Simon Harris.
Health officials had yesterday recommend that the match - which was scheduled to take place at the Aviva Stadium on March 7th - be cancelled as it was 'too high risk' due to the coronavirus outbreak in northern Italy.
It prompted the IRFU to seek an urgent meeting with the minister over the reasons for the call for the cancellation.
This afternoon, it was confirmed the scheduled match - as well the women's match and the U20s games due to take place on the same weekend - has been called off.
In a statement following the meeting, the IRFU's Philip Browne said: "The IRFU is perfectly happy to comply with [officials'] instructions.
"We will immediately begin to work with our Six Nations partners to look at the possibility of rescheduling those three matches - we would to have an update on that in the coming days."
There have been 90 suspected cases of coronavirus in Ireland so far, but none have been confirmed.
More than 370 cases have been confirmed in Italy, while 12 people have died.
The Italian government has put 'extraordinary measures' in place in several northern regions in a bid to contain the outbreak.
