Ireland is in for a sunny weekend with temperatures set to hit 22C in some areas.
As hundreds of thousands of Coldplay fans head for Croke Park, things will stay mainly dry with good spells of sunshine.
Today will be a clear and dry day with highest temperatures of 16C to 20C and the pleasant conditions set to continue into the night.
Met Éireann says tomorrow will be a “pleasant, mainly dry day with plenty of sunshine”.
Temperatures are set to hit 22C in some areas, with the warmest temperatures in the Midlands and west of the country.
Saturday night will remain dry with good clear spells and lowest temperatures of 11C to 14C.
A few spots of light rain and drizzle may come in over Munster and South Leinster during the night.
Sunday will see “a lot of good dry weather” with bright and sunny spells.
It will become increasingly cloudy as the day goes with rain moving in from the southwest.
Highest temperatures of 18C to 21C in freshening southeasterly winds.
