A children’s charity in Ireland is to receive a donation from the estate of the late Amy Winehouse.

The father of the tragic singer - Mitch – will fly to the Irish capital on Friday to deliver the cash boost of €25,000 to the LauraLynn Children’s Hospice.

Speaking about the donation Mitch said he is in awe of the work the hospice does for children here and he is honoured to make the donation in Amy’s name.
