All outfits being worn by Sabina Higgins today on the State visit to the UK are by Irish designer, Louise Kennedy.
This morning for the start of the visit she is wearing a pale pink dress and coat embroidered with small pearls.
Sabina Higgins (far left) wore this outfit when she met the French President last year
Her hat was specially designed by Philip Treacy and gloves by Paula Rowan.
Ms. Higgins's wardrobe for the trip consists of 14 different ensembles.
Mrs. Higgins opted for a blue number when she met actor Daniel Day-Lewis in 2012
Responsibility for outfits rests with long-time friend and the film costume designer Joan Bergin.
The UK schedule involves two white-tie banquets as well as formal and informal outfits during the day.
Meanwhile Queen Elizabeth II has worn a coat and dress by Stewart Parvin and a hat by Angela Kelly. Her coat is sky blue cashmere with mother of pearl buttons.
Her dress is a paisley printed silk dress in moss green and dove grey.
The hat is cashmere decorated with handmade feather flowers by Stella McLaren.
She is wearing an orchid brooch on her coat - a gift from Mappin Webb and Waterford as a gift for the 60th anniversary of her coronation.
The flowers are hand cut Waterford Crystal, containing 66 diamonds and rose gold stamens.
