An Irishman in Australia will face a murder trial after his guilty manslaughter plea was rejected by the court.
Vincent Martin Crowe is accused of murdering fellow Irishman Kenny Meyler who died following a stabbing attack in February.
According to the Irish Independent, Mr. Crowe was originally charged with grievous bodily harm but the charge was updated to murder.

His manslaughter plea was rejected by the court today.
Mr. Meyler was stabbed in the neck at a party in Perth but died after being on life support for almost a week.
