There's nothing more infuriating than trying to fix a problem with your television, broadband or phone service and being placed on hold with customer service for an inordinate amount of time.
However, this customer probably had one of the worst experiences you'll ever see.
Aaron Spain is a customer of the US broadband and television provider, Comcast.
He rang the company to cancel his subscription, but was placed on hold for so long that the offices actually shut its doors while he was still on the line.
Spain uploaded a video to his YouTube account in which he documented the entire incident.
He was on hold to the phone company for over three hours and had still not spoken to a representative.
He dialled the customer service number on another phone and was then informed that the offices were closed for the day, while he was still being kept on hold on the other line.
Comcast have yet to comment on the incident, but we're pretty sure Aaron isn't having any second thoughts about cancelling his subscription now.
