Several restaurants across Ireland have secured Michelin Stars for 2022.
The new edition of the Michelin Guide saw two stars for Dublin eateries 'Chapter One by Mickael Viljanen' and 'Liath'.
A number of others also kept their stars - including 'Aimsir' in Celbridge and 'Patrick Guilbaud' in Dublin.
While new stars were awarded to 'Bastible' and 'Glovers Alley' in the capital.
Andy McFadden is chef and owner of Glovers Alley at The Fitzwilliam Hotel.
He told Newstalk Breakfast they are already seeing a surge in bookings.
"Yesterday alone there was 1,000 enquiries, because when you get Michelin it puts you on an international level as well."
Asked what this means to him, he says: "It means everything really - that's what we set out to do and that's what we wanted to do and now we've done it.
"It puts you on a level with all the other restaurants with that accolade - not just in Ireland, but in the UK.
"There's obviously a lot of customer expectation and we need to be ready.
"We need to obviously keep doing what we're doing, but keep trying to get better and keep trying to improve."
And he says the process to get the star can be elusive.
"You never really meet these people and you never have much dialogue, to be honest.
"All the inspections are done anonymously.
"We did kind of tweak when they may have been in - we only had one visit in our first year.
"But we kind of thought we had three or four visits last year, so they were definitely double or triple checking it".
