Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine has been reinstated by a court in LA as the permanent guardian of the late pop star’s three children.

His nephew TJ was previously granted temporary guardianship due to her absence in Arizona.

The 82-year-old was found at a spa – and told the court she assumed that while she was away the children would be in safe hands.
