James Reilly has been rated the worst performing minister in Government.
According to a new opinion poll in today's Sunday Independent, 27 per cent of people said they were unimpressed with the Health Minister's performance.
However, his party, Fine Gael is now the most popular party in the country with 24 per cent support, pushing Fianna Fail off the top spot and down to second position on 23 per cent support.
Fine Gael's coalition partners, Labour have recorded further declines in support and are now on just 11 per cent.
