Gardaí have issued an appeal to the public for information on the 2007 murder of a man in Limerick.
Today marks the 17th anniversary of the murder of Jeffrey Hannan, who was killed on November 22nd 2007.
The 19-year-old's body was found at approximately 10:40am in O’Malley Park, Southill, County Limerick.
Mr Hannan suffered multiple injuries to his head and his upper body.
Over the course of the murder investigation, Gardaí have arrested 20 people and a file has been submitted to the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
However, no one has been convicted for Mr Hannan's murder.
His family and Gardaí are calling on anyone with information in connection with the murder to come forward .
A Senior Investigation Officer is leading the investigation from the Roxboro Road Garda Station.
