The UK Ministry of Defence has launched an investigation after British soldiers were filmed firing at a picture of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn during target practice.
The soldiers were filmed during shooting practice at a compound in Kabul, Afghanistan.
In a statement, the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) said the soldier’s behaviour was “totally unacceptable.”
“We are aware of a video circulating on social media,” said a British army spokesperson.
“This behaviour is totally unacceptable and falls well below the high standards the army expects.
“A full investigation has been launched.”
It is believed the soldiers were firing paint rounds at the compound where soldiers practice VIP protection drills.
