Jim Carey was photographed last month with a mysterious brown haired girl.

It has emerged today that the girl hails from none other than Co. Tipperary.

Cathriona White is a beautician that made the move across the pond to the United States after qualifying in Ireland.

White moved to LA where she was spotted with the Bruce Almighty star, who is twice her age, on Malibu beach.

A friend of the pair told RadarOnline: “Jim and Cathriona have been dating for over a month now. She comes from a very small rural village in County Tipperary and left Ireland for Los Angeles after studying to be a beautician.”

“Jim’s status will certainly give her a leg up in the industry and open doors for her that could have been more difficult if she didn’t know him.

“She’s definitely living in a dream world right now.”
