Hollywood superstar Joan Collins and the Dublin TD, Joan Collins, are involved in a war of words - so to speak.
The British-born actress moved to clarify that she was not in fact arrested at a Dublin protest yesterday.
The United Left Alliance TD, of the same name, was detained at a water charge demonstration in Crumlin yesterday.
Deputy Collins was later released without charge and spoke about the incident on Newstalk Lunchtime.
The TD was among 15 people arrested by gardaí after the protest.
In a tweet this morning, actress Joan Collins (81) said: "No I am not the Joan Collins Who was a rested yesterday At a Dublin protest meeting !!! The very idea!!".
We agree Joan.

While the Dublin-South Central TD has also put her own spin on things:
For the record I'm not @JoanCollinsOBE as I'd never take an honour from a monarch nor did I wear shoulder pads in the 80s. The very idea!
