Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver is launching his first Irish restaurant in Dublin next month.

Jamie’s Italian will be open for business in the Dundrum Shopping Centre from late September.

The restaurant will employ 75 staff – some of whom have already started training at Jamie Oliver restaurants in the UK.
