Former IFA President John Bryan has confirmed he will seek a Fine Gael nomination to run in the Dáil by-election in Carlow-Kikenny.
The by-election is to take place in May and was brought about by the departure of former minister Phil Hogan to become the EU Agriculture Commissioner.
