A judge has ruled one of the Ballymurphy victims' body is to exumed for a postmortum.
Joseph Murphy was one of 10 people shot by the British Army in west Belfast more than 40 years ago.
It's been alleged the 41-year-old who was shot in the thigh but lived for 13 days after the incident and had another bullet fired into his wound.
