The jury in the trial of former Anglo Irish Bank Chairman Sean FitzPatrick have been sent home until Wednesday.
It is the latest delay to hit the trial, which has not yet seen evidence after three weeks spent in legal argument
Judge Mary Ellen Ring has sent the jury away until next Wednesday on the basis that an unforeseen illness is 'causing some serious timetable problems.'

FitzPartick is facing 27 charges relating to the disclosure of loans from Irish Nationwide Building Society.
