Taoiseach Enda Kenny is to lay a wreath at a memorial for the victims of the Boston bombings.
Mr. Kenny is on a three day visit to the United States and will lay the wreath to honour the 3 people who were killed, and more than 260 who were injured, by the bombings at the Boston marathon on April 15.
Mr. Kenny last night attended an event commemorating the 50th anniversary of President John F Kennedy’s visit to Ireland. Tomorrow he will receive an honorary doctorate from Boston College, where he will give the commencement address to the graduating class of 2013, in front of an audience of approximately 20,000.
