A man has been released without charge after he was arrested in connection with the murder of Kieran Quilligan
The 47-year-old’s remains were discovered last week after he was first reported missing from Cork city centre in September.
Two men were arrested yesterday as part of the investigation into Mr Quilligan’s death.
One man, aged in his 20s, was released without charge this morning while a file is being prepared by the Department of Public Prosecutions.
A second man, aged in his 30s, remains detained in a Cork city centre Garda station this afternoon.
