Gardaí are asking for the public's help tracing two missing girls this evening.
Concern is growing for a 17 year old Kathryn Holligan who has been missing from her home in Chanterlands, Athy, Co. Kildare since last Wednesday evening.
She is described as about 5ft 2 inches in height, with long brown hair and blue eyes.
There was a reported sighting of Kathryn in Derry City on Thursday afternoon in the company of a male boy in his late teens.
Second girl missing
Meanwhile, 16 year old Tammy Duggan has been missing from Macroom in Cork and hasn't been seen since yesterday (Thursday).
She is described as 5 foot 2, slim build, with brown shoulder length hair and browny green eyes.
When last seen she was wearing a black jacket and faded blue jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the gardai or the PSNI.
