Kim Jong-Un is to make his first foreign trip since coming to power in 2011.

The North Korean dictator has agreed to travel to Russia for ceremonies marking the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union's victory over Nazi Germany.

President Obama has also been invited but it is unclear whether he will appear at the event alongside Mr Kim and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
