The Red C poll to be published in tomorrow's Sunday Business Post shows support for Labour is up one per cent to 13, while Fine Gael remains unchanged on 28 per cent.
There was a fall of two points for Fianna Fáil to 24 per cent while Sinn Fein also dropped two points to 14 per cent support.
Independents and others rose by three per cent to 21 per cent.
Meanwhile, two thirds of those polled said that they regarded the property tax as an unfair tax, while 29 per cent of those eligible for the tax have said that they intend not to pay.
