Lawyers for an Irish nanny accused of murdering a baby in Boston have asked for all charges against her to be dropped.
According to the Irish Independent, Cavan woman Aisling McCarthy Brady's (35) defence team says the prosecution "knowingly presented false and deceptive evidence to the grand jury" about the baby's injuries.
Rehma Sabir (1) died in January from injuries consistent with acute violent shaking.

Ms. McCarthy Brady denies murdering the infant - while prosecutors say she had sole custody of, and contact with, baby Rehma at the time the injuries were sustained.
