Letterkenny General Hospital has been severely flooded this evening - after the nearby River Swilly burst its banks.

It's the second time the Emergency Department has been flooded at the hospital.

All patients have been evacuated and moved to another unit in the hospital - as the fire brigade try and clear the flood waters - which are reported to be up to 6 inches deep.
