A group of students from Limerick have won the European Company of the Year Award for their innovative new app.
The five transition year students, from Salesian Secondary School in Pallaskenry developed an App for smartphones that can be used by teachers, family, and friends of the deaf.
The Sign4Life App uses video technology to assist the owner to use sign language in four different languages.

The App is currently available to download on the Google Play Android market and it’s hoped it’ll be available to download on iTunes by September.
