People who live in Dublin will get a step closer to controlling the city today.

A new initiative called ‘Sustainable Connected Cities – Dublin’ is being launched.

Under that plan, citizens with smartphones and computers will be able to share intelligence with city managers and authorities on things like floods.

Dublin City Council is working with Trinity and Intel on the project.
