Festival-goers have reported traffic being at a near standstill as thousands make their way to the All Together Now festival in Waterford.
Drivers heading to Curraghmore Estate in Portlaw are complaining of queues of well over an hour to get into the car parks.
Those stuck in traffic have also complained on social media about the lack of updates and information on the situation.

Organisers of the sold-out festival are advising people to follow the directions of the Garda Traffic Plan.
They've also tweeted to reassure attendees that the festival is going ahead as planned.
In an update on Friday evening, the organisers suggested the "majority of you are set up and ready for tonight" - suggesting the traffic issues had been compounded by Bank Holiday traffic.
That tweet has since been deleted, and organisers have posed an updated statement acknowledging the issues:

However, a number of those attending tweeted in response to say they've been waiting for hours and were still stuck in traffic.
Niamh was one of the those waiting to get moving this afternoon, and said there was no sign of any gardaí in the area.
She explained: "It's absolute mayhem. We've been stuck here for about two hours, and I'd say we've moved - no exaggeration - less than half a kilometre in the time we've been here.
"There's still a very long queue ahead of us. People aren't even in their cars anymore - they've set out tent chairs and everything along the road. There's just no sign of movement."
This year marks the second edition of the All Together Now festival.
Acts performing at this weekend's sold-out festival include The National, Patti Smith and Father John Misty alongside Irish artists such as Lisa Hannigan, Fontaines DC and Kojaque.
