There are fresh claims this morning about what may have happened to Britain's Lord Lucan and how he could have escaped to a remote Scottish island.

Nanny Sandra Rivett was murdered at his London home in 1974. Lucan disappeared shortly after and has never been found.

Sandra's son Neil Berriman claims he has seen a police report from 1979 suggesting Lucan hid near the ruins of a monastery on Eigg.
