An 18-year-old man is due in court over a number of alleged breaches of COVID-19 legislation.
Gardaí at Ballymun in Dublin say they tried to engage with the teenager before charging him.
These charges relate to a number of incidents where Gardaí allege the 18-year-old failed to comply with directions under the emergency COVID-19 legislation.
Gardaí say they tried to engage, educate and encourage the teenager and only enforced as a last resort.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) instructed that he be charged on Monday evening and he is due before the Dublin District Court later.
He is also expected to be charged with a seizure of cocaine worth €5,000 in Ballymun on April 22nd.
