Some €350,000 worth of cash was also seized by Gardaí during a search of homes, businesses and vehicles across Dublin and Wicklow.
The man appeared this morning at a sitting of Bray District Court.
A second man in his 30s who arrested was released from custody, with a file to be sent to the DPP.
