The father of two charged with murdering Dublin childcare worker Elaine O'Hara has been refused bail by the High Court.

Architect Graham Dwyer, living at Kerrymount Close in Foxrock, is accused of killing the 37-year-old on August 22nd last year.

The bail application was made at Cloverhill Court House this afternoon.
