The man accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara is to stand trial in April next year. Graham Dwyer of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock in Dublin is accused of the killing in 2012.
Father of two Graham Dwyer is accused of murdering Elaine O'Hara (37) on August 22nd 2012.
The remains of the childcare worker were found on Killakee Mountain in Rathfarnham last September - 13 months after her disappearance.

The architect (41) was sent forward for trial last month. Today at the Central Criminal Court a date was set for the case to go ahead.
It will proceed on April 13th of next year.
