A man and a woman who were arrested by Gardaí investigating the death of a man in Wexford this summer have been released without charge.

The two people were arrested yesterday under alleged offences contrary to Section 7(2) of the Criminal Law Act, 1997.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Investigations into the death of a man in his 40s who was found at a residence in the Clonattin area of Wexford on Sunday, July 21st remain ongoing.
