A man in his 40s is due in court in Limerick city in relation to a burglary spree on Friday night.
It is alleged he carried out five robberies and tried to break into two other premises.
An office and apartment on Lower Mallow Street in the city were allegedly robbed, as well as two businesses on O'Connell Street and a premises on Cecil Street.
Gardaí also believe a cafe and another office had attempts to be broken into.
At around 11pm on Friday, Gardaí heard glass smash at a premises on O'Connell Street and saw a man leave following an alleged robbery.
The man was arrested and questioned at Henry Street Garda Station.
He is due to appear in court this morning.
