A man has been arrested following a fatal crash in county Wexford yesterday evening. 

The crash, involving a lorry and two cars, happened shortly before 5pm yesterday on the N11 road at Crossabeg, between Kyle Cross and Oylegate.

A man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two others received medical treatment at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.

A man in his 20s has been arrested and is being held at a Garda station in Wexford.

The road remains closed this morning for technical examination.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to the crash to come forward, especially those with camera footage.

Investigations are ongoing.
