A man has been arrested after drugs worth more than €36,000 were seized by Gardaí in Co Clare.
At around 11pm last night, Gardaí searched a premises in Clonlara as part of an intelligence-led operation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the county.
During the search, ketamine, MDMA, cannabis, cannabis plants, DMT and cannabis jellies were seized with an estimated street value of €36,000.
Approximately €4,000 in cash, a taser and mobile phones were also seized along with drug paraphernalia.
A man in his 20s was arrested and is currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 in Henry Street Garda Station.
Gardaí say that investigations are ongoing.
It comes as several other operations were carried out across the country yesterday.
In Cork, cocaine and cannabis herb, both worth €55,000, were seized during separate searches.
