Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man and seized a number of items that could be used to carry out burglaries.
They stopped a car on the M50 last night and arrested the man as part of Operation Thor.
The 25-year-old was found with a number of implements that could be used in burglary attempts in his car.

He is being held at Blackrock Garda Station, and is due before Dun Laoghaire District Court on the 18th December.
Operation Thor is a special national garda anti-crime programme. As part of the initiative, gardaí are targeting organised crime gangs and repeat offenders.
